Are you tired of always doing the same old exercises at the gym, running on a treadmill, counting the seconds, hoping you've burned enough calories? Then join us for a pole fit session that brings the fun back into your exercises. You can also combine pole fit with aerial hoop and silk, break dance, yoga and many more courses. Each session will have a part dedicated to flexibility exercises using a pole. This training consists of stretching your muscles; constant practice aids good joint mobility. At the musculoskeletal level, the flexibility and elasticity of your muscles and tendons will be increased, with an overall improvement in your ability to move.

How it works

Stretching exercises help improve your posture and coordination. After an adequate warm-up, you will concentrate on improving your joint excursion.


Our courses teach many types of stretching to better stimulate your muscles, along with specific exercises to improve your flexibility and joint mobility while giving tone to your body.
