With dedication and effort, it's somewhere you can become a sporting and artistic performer or a skilled, knowledgeable instructor. The Colonna Pole & Postural © ASD centre currently offers courses in pole dancing, pole fit, aerial hoop and silk, yoga, Gyrokinesis, break dance and contemporary dance. Our courses are aimed at everyone, adults and children, from the age of seven up.
